I went to get a rice bowl and boba yesterday and the chick that was making my bowl was rude and not friendly at all. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or whatever her issue was but it made me uncomfortable. Update: I went back in and ended up speaking to the same employee that made my bowl and asked for a refund. She told me there’s no refunds. She asked me why and I told her that the interaction had made me uncomfortable. Instead of apologizing, she was justifying her actions, and accused me of being racist when I am not. That accusation was upsetting, and I left feeling disappointed with how the situation was handled. I’ve ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash before and enjoyed the food, but after this experience, they won’t be getting another dime of my money.

5/20/2026 6:30pm: They just ruined the entire rest of my day. I was so excited to try this place again since I used to order from them on Uber Eats. I was so happy and upbeat when I walked in, only to then be met with the most hostile , and cold man and woman working there this evening. I had planned on eating my food there, but the energy they put off was so negative that I took my food and walked all the way to the food court to eat. What was supposed to be a fun outing at the mall turned into validation that there are more horrible people in the world than good

Came today with my kids for the first time.. the strawberry/pineapple green tea was good, the oreo milkshake was ok.. the Acai bowl it tasted good but for me like it frozen like an Ice cream type..

It is worth it! Big servings for a great price. I’ve tried different poke bowl in the area but this is by far the best I’ve had. Lots of options to choose from , from dessert açaí bowls to boba/smoothie and their signature bowls are best. I’ve tried their triforce bowl with added avocado and spicy tuna. Also, very friendly service and clean place.

This place has a simple concept: you can either choose a premade entree option or create your own. I usually prefer to create my own, even though I enjoy the Vegan of the Sea option. However, there are several ingredients in that dish that I don’t like. When I tried to substitute them, a tall woman who works there informed me that I could only make two substitutions at most. The other staff members, a short lady and a man, are more accommodating, but she tends to be strict about the substitutions. My total usually ends up being about $6 more than the Vegan of the Sea. For instance, cream cheese, mango, and avocado each cost an extra $0.75, while adding extra vegan chicken is $3. They also have many great sauce options. The smoothies are really good as well, and the staff members are nice. The interior is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this place to everyone; it’s a healthy choice!
